VSE Home Banking
Valley State provides you with free 24-hour secure access to your credit union accounts right from your personal computer. You can check your balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, print a transaction list, balance your checking account, utilize online billpay, and check your dividend and interest information. First you must:
- Register your account for online use. To access the application and print from your house click here and send the completed application to Valley State Employees Credit Union. To have us send you a form call 1 (888) 504-7999.
- Once we recieve the signed application, your online account will be activated and you will recieve notification in the mail.
- Then follow the instructions sent to you, or click here to be directed to the FIRST TIME USERS set up.
- Use the row of icons across the screen to conduct inquiries and transactions.
- When you have finished, click on 'Logoff.'
When you need to access your online account in the future, sign on using the Home Banking login box on the right hand side of our main webpage.
e-Statements
Would you prefer to view your statement electronically rather than having a paper version delivered to your home?
With e-statements, you receive your statement sooner. In addition, you can
- View your accounts and print a statement at any time, from any Internet enabled computer
- Store your account information on digital media
- Receive your statement more securely.
- It's eco-friendly. You conserve resources by printing only what you need.
If you are already signed up for VSE home banking, then it's easy to get started. Just call Julie at the Saginaw office to let her know you want to receive your statements electronically*. If you haven't signed up for home banking yet, just fill out our brief application and be sure to check the 'electronic statement' option at the bottom of the disclosure.
*Members electing to receive electronic statements will no longer receive a monthly or quarterly paper version mailed to their homes. Quarterly newsletters will be sent to your e-mail address.
Direct Deposit and Net Pay
With free, time-saving, reliable Direct Deposit and Net Pay, you can have your regular recurring check deposited directly into your credit union accounts. This includes payroll, Social Security, pension or other checks you receive on a regular basis. In addition, you can have your funds disbursed to a variety of accounts (IRA,Christmas Club, Vacation or Checking, Savings, etc.).

Convenient Payroll Deduction
Payroll Deduction allows you to automatically have a portion of your paycheck deposited into your credit union accounts every pay day. This is a convenient way to save money and/or pay back loans automatically. There are no fees associated with payroll deduction. Give us a call or stop in to sign up.
ATM/Debit Cards
You may choose an ATM card or a Debit/ATM card for your account.
Our ATM card offers safety and convenience, enabling you to conduct POS (point-of-sale) transactions and deposit and withdraw funds from your savings or checking account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also transfer funds from your savings to your checking and vice versa. The card can be used at thousands of locations across the nation.
A Debit/ATM card allows the same features described above but in addition, offers the following:
*Accepted anywhere you see the MasterCard logo. *Debits automatically come our of your checking account. *Sign for transactions instead of using a pin. *Unlimited debit transactions-these transactions are always free! *Daily use limits up to $500.00 (if available). *Save time and money by writing fewer checks.

The Payments Authority
The Payments Authority provides a convenient method to automatically make pre-authorized payments. For example, you may be able to pay your telephone, cable, utility , and insurance bills through the free, pre-authorized payment service.

VAL (Valley's Audio Line) Audio Response System
With VAL, you can check your balances, make transfers between accounts, transfer your loan payments, inquire about transactions on any of your accounts and find out which checks have cleared.
